Tie Dye

Yup, another Summer To Do List activity.... Tie Dye.  We did shirts and pillowcases.

I bought a tie dye kit.  It was much simpler than buying it all separately.  The three colors in the kit were pink, blue and lime green.  Poor Jake.  No boy colors. 

(We were on our way to swim at Grandma & Grandpa's pool so that's the excuse for untidy children.) Jake wanted a graduated type shirt (darker at the top getting lighter at the bottom) but it didn't work out so well.  Emily requested a bulls eye style.  It came out really cute!  Avery did a swirl type.  I like hers too.  I did my shirt with two swirls and it looks nice.  The kids had fun and that's what matters!  oh, Josh was able to wear Jake's shirt instead and was happy!
